At poppi, we want you to love every sip, but due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept physical returns. If your order arrived damaged or didn't meet your expectations, please reach out so we can make it right.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon delivery, please check your poppi cans for any signs of leaking or damage that may have occurred during transit.
- 2.Gather Documentation
Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box, and locate your order number from your confirmation email.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer experience team within 14 days of delivery with your photos and order details to initiate a refund or replacement request.
- 4.Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh pack of poppi at no additional cost to you.
